Shipping & returns
Information about production, shipping estimates, order changes, returns, and problems with delivered items. Last updated July 22, 2026.
Processing time varies by product, order quantity, customization, artwork approval, and supplier availability. An estimated production or delivery window may appear on the product page, at checkout, in your quote, or in your order confirmation. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
For custom work, production begins after required details, payment, and design approval are received. A delay in approval or missing information can move the completion date.
Shipping charges and available methods are shown during checkout when applicable. Orders may ship in more than one package when products come from different production partners. Tracking is provided when available.
The Desygn Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses submitted by the customer, or packages marked delivered by the carrier. Contact us promptly, however, and we will help review the available tracking information.
Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed after design work, purchasing, printing, engraving, or production has begun. Costs already incurred may be nonrefundable.
Non-personalized, unused items may be considered for return when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Approval is required before sending anything back. Original shipping charges and return shipping are not refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is reviewed. When the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Screen colors can vary from printed colors, and product measurements can vary slightly by manufacturer. Please review the size chart and product details before ordering. The customer is responsible for approved spelling, dates, names, artwork, quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping information.
